At Gari Yangu Co. Ltd (GYCOL), we are widely known for vehicle importation. However, long before vehicles became our public face, customs clearance was where our journey truly began.
Our founders worked directly with importers, helping them navigate complex customs procedures and witnessing firsthand how delays, unclear processes, and mistakes caused financial losses and frustration. These experiences revealed a critical gap in the market: businesses and individuals lacked reliable, transparent, and professional customs support.

Customs Clearance Process Flow
1. Receipt & Verification
We receive and verify all mandatory documents (invoices, BOL, permits) to ensure completeness and compliance.
2. Customs Declaration (TANCIS)
We prepare and lodge customs declarations through TANCIS ensuring accurate classification and tax assessment.
3. Shipping Line Coordination
We process delivery orders and handle correspondence with shipping lines to facilitate container release.
4. Port Documentation
Coordination with TPA, TICTS, and ICDs to enable lawful cargo handling and exit.
5. Cargo Monitoring
We monitor cargo movement, take receipt, and supervise handling/examination where required.
6. Transportation & Delivery
Arranging transport to your premises and coordinating the return of empty containers.
7. Completion & Invoicing
Issuing of agency fees tax invoice in compliance with regulations upon successful completion.
